What do you actually do?

We analyze your data to compile easy to understand Management Dashboards. These dashboards capture data you deem relevant and shoe progress or lack of. Imagine budgeting for overtime worked and the potential cash flow strain if this should happen unexpectedly during a large project. Or imagine you need to stay compliant through ensuring certain training and certifications are maintained and you lose a large customer due not meeting these prerequisites.

Can you use my existing data?

Most certainly, anything these days can be exported into Excel and we can use that to create your dashboards.

Do I need to subscribe to the monthly service?

We offer three levels of service, the Service Setup. This is a once off to help you understand where you are and showcase what we can do.

Then we offer the Managed Service, this can be a once off but we recommend you allow us to maintain it and end ensure correctness.

Do I sign a contract?

No-

Is my Data safe?

Yes we use Google drive and docs, this platform provides the highest level of security.
